Money Diplomatic provides institutional-grade FX analysis, market intelligence, and educational content through a subscription-based platform. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Daily FX analysis and market commentary
• Interest rate probability tools
• COT data analysis
• Risk management tools
• Live trading sessions and webinars
• One-on-one coaching sessions (select plans)

3. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Silver (€49/month): Access to daily analyses, market chat, and basic tools
• Gold (€99/month): Full access including Risk Lab, live sessions, and advanced tools
• Black (€249/month): Premium access with institutional research, coaching, and priority support

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to the Service, please contact support within 7 days for assistance.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account access with others
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
